Are you ready to embark on your new Pegasus career path as our Project Development & Planning Senior Specialist, flight number PC-2024?

In this role you will:

•Taking part in and managing business development projects, establishing coordination with business partners and different departments and ensuring that the projects are concluded in line with these goals
•Managing airport ancillary income processes (budgeting, monitoring, controling)
•Developing systematic solutions by instantly observing the project plan and workflows and identifying problems
•Leading and/or participating in IT projects to ensure adherence to goals and line of business needs
•Setting priorities with the product owner role by working closely with IT Department
•Analyzing ground operations with studies and observations, working on optimizing the factors that cause productivity and/or resourceloss and making business processes lean and effective
•Lead business units, organize trainings and manage change during the project go-live period
•Planning & designing business process tests and usability evaluations
•Determining pain points with data analysis.
•Making sectoral benchmark studies and searching new technologies.

Requirements:

•Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering department of universities
•Creative, inquisitive and solution-oriented approach to processes
•Strongcommunication, negotiation, analytic, Ability to multi-task and critical thinking, change management skill
•Preferably 2-4 years of experience in method/project development, productivity analysis and time study
•High analysis, reporting and problem solving skills
•Kowledge of systemandbusiness analysis, planning & project management, operational feasibility, efficiency calculation, production and capacity planning, business development, method and time study.
•Abletocreateprocess flow chart
•Goodcommand in English
•Located in Anatolian Side of Istanbul
