In this role you will:
Market Analysis & Partnership Development:
•Analyze market trends and data to identify potential new airline partners for cooperation (codeshare, interline, or virtual interline)
•Evaluate airline routes, network traffic, and product offerings to assess alignment with company goals.
Partnership Implementation & Management:
•Lead internal preparations and coordinate cross-functional teams for new airline partnerships.
•Prepare and manage the legal process for SPA, Codeshare, and Interline Agreements.
•Document and streamline operational workflows for seamless integration and execution.
•Work closely with IT teams to set up and maintain test/production systems.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
•Monitor and report on the performance of existing airline partnerships, including cost/sales analysis.
•Track forward sales related to airline cooperation and provide timely reports.
•Evaluate the financial impact of partnerships, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
•Act as the primary point of contact with partner airlines, fostering strong relationships.
•Build strategic partnerships to enhance subscriber growth and revenue.
•Schedule and lead face-to-face meetings and calls with partner airlines.
Coordination & Collaboration:
•Coordinate sales activities with Revenue Management and Pricing teams.
•Work closely with Network Planning, Slots and Permissions, Revenue Control, Ground Operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in the airline industry, particularly in managing airline partnerships, codeshare, interline, or virtual interline agreements.
• Fluent in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Strong ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of airline operations, network planning, revenue management, and global aviation regulations.
• Flexibility to travel as required for partnership meetings and industry events.
