Are you ready to embark on your new Pegasus career path as our Operation Analysis Specialist, flight number PC-2024?

In this role you will:
• To perform the approval, installation, update, testing and development activities of IOCC support systems used for flight planning and operational control purposes in a timely manner and to ensure coordination with the relevant company.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and make recommendations and studies for their adoption within IOCC.
• Monitor and record audits, analyses and flight operation documentation, data and training records in accordance with company policy.
• Report any administrative and operational issues to the Operations Development Manager.
• Actively contribute to the development of the IROPS project.
• Preparation of analysis reports requested by FOSM.
• To create and report root cause analyses of disruptions in workflows within IOCC and to provide improvement suggestions to increase efficiency.
• Analyze operational data and create regular reports to improve the OTP.
• Monitors all programs used within IOCC and coordinates with the relevant departments in case of any malfunction.
• Collect and analyze pre-operational data validation for post-operational studies related to the post-operational working group. Organize quarterly reports, project and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Maintenance) to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and on-time performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in engineering,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Airlines & Aviation field,
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Responsible, prone to teamwork and open to continuous improvement,
• Familiarity with data analysis tools,
• Being able to use statistics and modeling programs.
